What was your situation before we started to work together?
Before I started sport psychology I would often play football matches and Train without analysing much of what went well for me before and after matches or training and what could be improved specifically about my game.
What reservations (if any) did you have about working with me before?
I didn't have any reservations about working with a sports psychologist as such, just curious as to if it would work for me and how complicated it would be.
What has the process of working with me been like?
The process of working together was great for me as it was successful. It gave me a new target each week and a different outlook on what I think and do when playing sports. My awareness of how I felt during matches improved after just a few sessions which allowed me to overcome negative obstacles faced during game play.
What is the one best result you have got from working with me?
The best result I have got from it would have to be gaining more confidence and stepping towards being a more positive player. Also allowed me to deal with my anxiety better pre match and during matches.
