I consider myself a scientist and encourage you to do the same. Use a scientific approach in your day-to-day life to test assumptions, hypotheses and critically analyse the data that presents itself. We will explore the human experience together; drawing on wisdom from the fields of psychology, neuroscience and the traditional sciences to guide us…oh I nearly forgot … with NO JARGON!

MINDFUL
Our thoughts and feelings often hold us back in life. We are never taught how to navigate them or what they mean and just ‘pick it up as we go along’. Slowing down to gain a greater understanding of the nature of our thoughts/feelings is key to realising your limitless potential on this earth. Deepen the connection to the body, both inner and outer.

SPIRITUAL
There is much wisdom that science is yet to discover. The research around Mindfulness is a great example of how Western Scientific methodology is ‘catching up’ with truth that has been known for centuries. There is more. If you have always had a sense there was something more without knowing exactly what - we will explore how you fit into the bigger picture. From this foundation - anything is possible.
