the powers to solve my own issues
If you had to summarise your experience in one sentence, what would it be?
My experience of working with Henri has been transformative and I urge any young male suffering in silence to just reach out and speak to him.
Why would you recommend coaching with Henri?
Above all, Henri is a decent guy who genuinely cares.
What type of person do you think would benefit most from this?
A person who is prepared to be challenged and is serious about change while understanding it is them who has the power to change.
What challenges or problems were you facing before working with Henri?
I had significant stress and anxieties in my daily life of which I felt were starting to become a big problem. I felt as though I was at crossroads, either stay as I was which would have likely progressed negatively or take action. Fortunately, I chose the latter.
How did those challenges impact your day-to-day life, mindset, or goals?
My general mood was affected and this combined with very interrupted sleep led to a very poor and negative mindset which made most days a challenge. At the time, I didn’t really have goals and struggled to see past a few days. Life felt very blurry and things were passing me by.
Were you sceptical about anything before deciding to work with Henri?
I was of course skeptical about working with Henri as the market is flooded with people who claim to be able to solve all of your issues. But I found Henri to be very trustworthy, good to his word and exactly the character of person that I wanted to work with. He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy and good company.
Was there a specific moment, pain point, or need that pushed you to take action?
For me there was an epiphany moment which sounds cheesy but it was true. I was on holiday watching a beautiful sunrise and I just thought that I didn’t want to return to life as I was living it prior to my holiday. I then returned home and begin looking into options to help me refocus on what’s important to me which is where I somewhat accidentally found Henri. It turned out to be a good accident!
What was your experience like working with Henri?
I had a very positive experience working with Henri and looked forward to our weekly sessions.
Did you feel supported, understood, or motivated during the process?
I can honestly say for all of the above, I did. I was motivated by Henri as I felt as if he gave me the powers to solve my own issues while giving me at times a much needed kick to refocus my mind and attitude.
What specific results or breakthroughs have you experienced since working with me?
It sounds too good to be true but almost as soon as I started to work with Henri there were small improvements and over time these improvements became more and more apparent to me. There is no pill that’s going to work overnight but having Henri at the end of the phone if I was having a bad day really was a comforting touch.
How has your mindset, confidence, or lifestyle changed?
I still have my challenges with internal confidence but life is no longer a complete blur and I now allow myself to be happy and occasionally reward myself.
Can you share a measurable outcome or a standout moment from your journey?
For me a measurable outcome is that I’ve slept better since working with Henri. This isn’t a coincidence. I’m now able to switch off much more frequently.
How did working with Henri make you feel overall?
I think I felt every emotion there is to feel but this was what I wanted so when I wasn’t with Henri and in the big bad world on my own, I could navigate feelings on my own and deal with them.
Did anything about my approach, story, or offer resonate with you on a personal level?
I really liked Henri’s calm manner and the fact that he was not just going to be a yes man to everything I said. I wanted to be challenged so that I could make meaningful and purposeful changes to my life. I felt this was only going to come from someone like Henri who would be prepared to challenge me as I equally challenged him.
What was the biggest takeaway or lesson you gained?
That sometimes I’m not in control of my thoughts and I am not to blame for them.
How do you feel about the future now compared to before?
I feel much more optimistic and I actually plan for my future with excitement.
